Mentor
Educational mentors can advise students on their preparation for university and advise on course options. Professional mentors may share their experience and give students insight into industry sectors and career choices.
Fundraising and Marketing Manager
The role also has lead responsibility for marketing across the charity, particularly focusing on media and digital channels, providing copy and strategic direction, but also including marketing of our services, and the development of our reach across our geographical locations through face-to-face and other activities.
In particular, the post holder will take overall responsibility for:
- Self-Motivated fundraising leadership, achieving financial target on an exponential programme.
- Marketing and communications leadership ensuring we hit our 5-year goals for awareness and supporter engagement.
- Planning, budgeting and developing the fundraising and marketing functions.
- Promoting effective collaborative team working and a culture of professionalism, learning and development.

Key Responsibilities and skills:
- Develop social media design posts, banners, logos, leaflets and videos to promote our marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with IT and design/editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
- Capacity to understand marketing trends to reach and engage the public
- Promote a solid, diverse and creative brand
- Collaborate with other teams.
Social Media Manager
Social Media Manager duties and responsibilities
- Dedicate few hours per week to develop, and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Engage and reply to audience comments and messages
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback
Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications
- A believe in our good cause, and a willingness to make an impact
- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Social media community moderator
Community Manager duties and responsibilities
- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Community Manager requirements
- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret website traffic
- Knowledge of online marketing

Copywriter
Copywriter duties and responsibilities
- Dedicate a few hours per week to meet, interview, and write!
- Utilize real and emotional writing styles appropriate for our charity
- Publish content on web pages and social media channels
- Monitor content success and progress
- Give insights on the content performance
- Collaborate with graphic designers and create visually attractive pieces of content
- Review and suggest improvements for the content written by other writers
Copywriter requirements
- We will provide training about story-telling, interviewing
- English proficiency, French is a plus
- Outstanding writing skills
- Experience with proofreading
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Previous working experience as a copywriter for 3 years
Photographer
Photographer duties and responsibilities
- Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with our art team
- Capture and process images until you achieve desired results
- Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
- Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)
- Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
- Ensure that all photo equipment is looked after and stored away correctly
- Archive photographic images and maintain database
- Keep abreast of photographic best practices and procedures
- Suggesting innovative ideas regarding lighting and shooting techniques
Photographer requirements and qualifications
- Previous working experience as a Photographer
- BA in Photography or similar relevant field
- Extensive and eye-catching portfolio
- Hands on experience with traditional and modern photo equipment
- In-depth knowledge of photography software (Photoshop, Capture One, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Multitasking aptitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
