The 100% Model
When Alphabetical Order began, we made a pledge that 100% of public donations would go directly to fund education and poverty relief projects.
Since we treat our charitable projects and operations sides of our business differently – separate purposes and separate fundraising goals, we can guarantee that every amount of public donation we receive helps school children and underprivileged families.

So, how do we pay our overhead?
From day one, we’ve relied on a small group of generous private donors to fund all of our operating expenses. It’s not always easy, but it’s an approach we believe in deeply. And since we started, our commitment to transparency inspires support from passionate donors, enthusiastic fundraisers and loyal volunteers who believe—like we do—that education and social wellbeing truly changes everything.

The 100% Model is powered by a small and dedicated group of private donors, known as Fellows of the Order.
These entrepreneurs, thinkers, writers, artists, and business leaders fund our overhead costs. By committing multi-year support for operations funding, Fellows of the Order allow us to plan for the future, creating efficiency and stability. And these Fellows provide more than just financial support—they’re also some of our most loyal teammates, our most visionary partners, and our most outspoken champions.
Like any start-up, we need visionary investors who believe in and support our business model, so we can stay focused on what matters most: Contributing to development in Lebanon by advancing education and helping the underprivileged. Since we can’t offer stock options or the promise of a big buyout to our generous investors, our Fellows’ ROI is measured in the number of people whose lives are transformed by our actions in the field. That’s now 600 families and counting, thanks to their support of our work.
